My Toshiba Satellite Laptop's keyboard suddenly stopped working. This easy to use, inexpensive, and functional peripheral did the trick. Now I don't have to spend $100+ to fix my 5 yr-old laptop.

I brought this keyboard as a replacement to my Microsoft Ergonomic keyboard after something spilled in it and ruin the keys. Thsi keyboard is kid durable and inexpensive not to mention easy to use for all which makes it the perfect keyboard to be in the family room. Very happy with the purchase.

Arrived on time and item was as described. I appreciate the curvature of the keys as I am a touch typist and that helps me to type faster. I love that the multimedia keys are atop the F-keys allowing me to adjust standard functions easily. Overall: great value. Would recommend.

As stated this is an excellent keyboard. I bought this to have wire to a device that I may have to reboot and use a wire. As I'm currently using Bluetooth when I have to reboot my systems I mean need to have a hard wired keyboard. I would recommend this this problem free and economical without crazy bells and whistles.

Good little value keyboard that works fine if you don't need anything complicated. I love my more expensive keyboards better like the Logitech Craft, but sometimes if you need just a test keyboard and don't want to mess with wireless pairing, this works great for those instances.

My ultra techie sons would not like this keyboard, which I doubt would fulfill their gaming needs, but for those of us who only need a basic keyboard, this one is great for the price. My wife actually uses it with her Fire TV; I read that USB keyboards will not work with Fire TV's, but this one works fine when connected to the TV through the USB port; is a lot easier to use than the pop up keyboards in the apps' search functions; cursor arrows are a good substitute for the navigation buttons on the remote; and it costs a lot less than the recommended bluetooth keyboards. I am sure it will not last all that long, but at $10, I don't mind replacing my keyboards when a key stops working after a couple years.

It does what you want a keyboard to do and it's inexpensive. I'm an author, and I've needed an external keyboard for a while because of wrist pain. But I put off the purchase for years because I always wanted the fanciest keyboard available that would be 'fit for an author.' Then I saw a mechanical RGB gaming keyboard was on sale here for the Daily Deal at $99. This led me down a rabbit hole of comparison shopping, trying to match features and benefits over price. The more reviews I read, the more the price went up, from $99 to $149, then $199, then $249. As I was checking-out with the most expensive keyboard on Best Buy's site, I saw this beauty was also on sale. Marked down from $12 to $6. And then with my Best Buy business account it was taken down to $5. So I had to ask myself, do I really need to spend $249 for a keyboard that will do the same thing as a $5 keyboard, plus a bunch of other stuff I might never use? The answer was no, and I bought this one for $5. Granted that it is not the world's greatest keyboard. There are many reasons why somebody who types 8 hours a day should want a nicer keyboard with more features, easier typing, and that is more accurate. But for $5 my wrist pain has been alleviated. Money well spent.

I needed a wired keyboard and this fit the bill. It's no-frills, but works fine for home office use. I wouldn't use it for gaming, but it's an inexpensive, functional, wired keyboard.

This keyboard feels very nice to use. It's not too loud and I don't have to tap too hard on the keys. It's very easy to connect and use. My laptop's keys recently stopped working and so this keyboard works even better. For $12.99, it's worth picking and trying out. If you're looking for a premium keyboard, you may want to look else where because this is quite basic. For the value it is worth, you can't go wrong with this one.

The keyboard seems well constructed. The keys are silent (no mechanical sound). The connector is USB and being wired one does not have to worry about having batteries on hand. It nicely matches the wired Insignia mouse.

It works fine and and doesn't feel like cheap and fragile plastic. It's still plastic, but at least it's heavy duty plastic that will probably last the life of my PC. It does what it was intended to do - it's a good wired keyboard that's easy to use. I've had keyboards that drove me nuts because the keys were so close to each other that I couldn't type without fat-fingering the keys. This keyboard has plenty of working room.

I spilled coffee on my keyboard and needed a keyboard immediately but was on a limited budget before payday. So I saw the Insignia keyboard for less than 15 bucks. I decided to give it a try thinking if it sucks I will return and get a better one. I'm happy to say there is no need to return, it exceeded my expectations and is a quality product at a fantastic price, a real keeper. I'm glad I got it.

My previous keyboard was starting to stick and having problems. I researched some on price and value before purchasing this keyboard from Insignia. I could not afford a high price, because I was in the middle of moving soon, and the budget I had was tight. I didn't want to get a super cheap one either. So, I purchased this one with a bit of both, a decent price, but a good quality, and similar to the one I had been using for almost 15 years. I have been using this keyboard for about three weeks now, and am pleased with it. It works without sticking, it is quiet on keyboard touch, not loud clacky sounds as you type, and it is smooth on touching keys without having to press much. I am pleased it was a reasonable price for a good quality outcome...both. Especially on a very tight budget....but using the computer as much as I do. I am a fast typist, so the keyboard can make me crazy if it is loud to touch, and type. I hate the sounds of clicking keys if they are noisy. I strange quirk probably, but it does irritate me when I hear it in rooms or even if I am the one typing. I like it to be quiet to the touch, and soft to hit and use. Both existed in this keyboard...thank God.
