“I have a magnavox smart tv. I bought an LG sound bar not realizing it only has optical audio input on it, of which my tv does not have. Will this work to convert from RCA to optical or will it only work converting optical to RCA?”

• No. It is optical to analog only. The photo of it shows the input as optical and the output as analog.
