“I have a Samsung 4k tv that I use with Sony wireless headphones. The tv channel reception/volume works fine but when I switch to Netflix streaming I get a choppy, static sound on the headphones. I'm using this Insignia converter. TV is set at PCM.”

If the movie or TV show you're watching has 5.1 available, make sure that option is selected within the Audio & Subtitles menu during playback.
