“I have an LG tv and a Denon receiver for my 5.1 system. When i first installed this converter it worked great. But now i have to unplug power and reconnect for it to work. i have to do this every time i turn on my tv. What causes this?”

• It is recommended to unplug the adapter.

• I'm not sure but mines does the same thing on my Samsung Q70 TV. It seems there is a defect in this product. I'm not sure what to do about it.
