“I bought a new Sansug tv with optical output. I hooked the converted to the optical cable and the RCA to a Russsound system. I swith the TV to optical output but I am not getting anything. Any ideas?”

Go to sound in TV settings. Click on expert settings. Go to digital output audio format. Change to PCM
