had same problem. realized the RCA red and white for tv was input only not output. Tv did have a digital audio output but not RCA. Had to buy a digital cable and a digital output to RCA converter. Hooked that up and headphones worked fine. double check your tv to see if RCA is input only. you should have a digital out or a 3.5 out if it doesnt
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Be sure your tv wire is attached to the head phone or audio out connection on the tv. If you attach them to the audio in connection no sound. Many tv's have a single audio out connection which requires you to consolidate the red and white connectors to the piece which comes with the head phones and insert the single jack into the tv to obtain sound.
