If the switch is non-functional and even in the off position the blue LED is active, then there’s something wrong with the headphones. The headphones LED should turn off when the power switch is set to the off position. • Headset works perfectly. No problems. Had to return 3 Sony headsets for various problems. Insignia worked great right out of the box...
