“Not getting sound from TV after hooking up headphones”

• It may be the way you have it hooked up. If it is with the headphones jack, that reroutes the sound from the TV speakers. I have a soundbar attached to the TV and listen through that so that the headphones can stay attached all the time. Hope this helps. The headphones are a real success for my spouse. They were a gift for him.

• I have had the base unit jacked into my TV and turned on continuously for about a month. I haven't noticed any change in my tv volume.
