• It has built in lithium ion rechargeable battery with convenient docking station. I LOVE THEM. I didnt see anything about interchangeable batteries.

• This unit does not need batteries. It already comes with a rechargeable battery and all you have to do is dock them to charge them back up. Very easy setup, connects right away with no hassle
