“Do these headphones work with a Sony W600B Series LED HDTV? I plugged in the red/white AV cords to the 'audio out' part of my TV but it appears the dock isn't picking up the audio from the TV. The dock isn't transmitting sound from the dock to my headset. It's fully charged and paired. Any advice?”

Did you make t h e changes on you tv remote fro audio speakers internal to external? It is a feature using the tv remote. Not the cable remote
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would check the audio settings on the TV. I know that some TV's need you to change the output source. You could also test the headphones on another device to ensure they are working. Also check and make sure the volume isn't turned down too low
