A:AnswerDoeant matter about the soundbar as it attaches to the television itself and just acts as an external speaker. Someone can be watching the tv at one volume or zero volume and yours will have its own controls. Excellent clarity though. I was watching dungeons and dragons for my 1st rime and i could hear stuff on the headphones the tv didnt play as far as background sound like blood running down a pathway.

A:AnswerThis type of thing has happened to me a couple times. The only thing I found was either there was damage to the cord or it wasn't plugged in fully.
