“Only producing sound through right ear speaker. I've tried connecting the headphone base to my surround sound audio receiver headphone jack and my iphone. From both sources it will only play in one ear. Tried numerous RCA to 3.5mm adapter cords I have laying around and results are the same with all of them....sound only in one ear. Any thoughts?.”

This type of thing has happened to me a couple times. The only thing I found was either there was damage to the cord or it wasn't plugged in fully.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It happened to me trying to connect the headphones to tv. Try plugin in and out slowly the jack until you hear both channels. It worked to me, I hope it will work for you.
