“Is it possible to plug this into a guitar amplifier and then connect to a pair of Beats bluetooth headphones? I picked up this product today and have been trying to do it and can't get it figured out.”

This is a receiver. What you would need is a transmitter type device. Effectively, you are trying to push you signal through the device in the wrong direction, and it is a one-way device. I would also like something that would take wired input and then send it via Bluetooth to another device, but this product is not useful for that. Best of Luck.
