“I bought an insignia portable CD player from you, for my car as it is new and does not have a CD player. It is hooked up as you said-to AUX in the car and it does play but the sound controls do not go loud enough to be heard over traffic. ???”

• If you can't adjust volume on your aux input jack in car then try using headphone jack to connect to car. And then you can use the volume control on the CD player to assist. This works for me.

• Are u controlling the sound through the radio knob? I have the same CD player and I can blast it turning the sound up using the radio sound knob.
