Is this unit quiet? null

While not silent this unit produces a low hum while making ice.

The unit is relatively quiet, in my opinion. While you can hear it running when standing in close proximity to the machine, it doesn't present an issue for me.

It is until it dumps the ice. That kinda loud

It is quiet. It does make some noise which indicates the use tray is full, etc. that’s about. The small amount of noise it makes is the water running through to make the ice.

It is not loud at all. Only when the ice drops into the tray. There is a slight hummm of the motor and the sound of the water pouring down over the ice maker. Nothing too loud or annoying.

Relatively quiet while it is cycling. The dropping of the ice can be momentarily less quiet. I have it in my office at my desk.
