A:AnswerThere are two sensors on the left and right above the basket. Clean those with rubbing alcohol & a paper towel. Those are light sensors and tell the machine that the unit is full.

A:AnswerAssuming you mean that you just cleaned the interior out, my guess is that the drain plug isn't fully seated. Is it leaking from there (bottom right of water tank when facing it)?
