Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Most likely it is the connections on the TV. Are the connections specifically labeled for audio out? If not then they are probably only inputs for the TV. I would recommend speaking with LG to find out what audio out options the TV has. Fortunately this soundbar is versatile and can be connected with RCA, 3.5mm or optical cables.
