I did not use it for phone or computer. I used it for my $60.00 hair dryer & it blew my new hair dryer, which I had to dispose of-I lost money) & blew the fuse in the hotel room- no lights, tv, etc. The hotel maintenance crew had to fix & it was an hour before leaving for a destination wedding in Spain. Great disappointment in the product & advertising that the dryer volts worked in Europe!!
