We tried using this converter in the Middle East to convert 240 V to 110V and it didn't work. There was also a burning smell from the adapter. I didn't risk attaching any device to it after this incident.

These are an absolute MUST for international travel. I've used them now for 3 trips to Europe, and each time, they worked flawlessly. Keep in mind the transformer is a bit heavy and bulky, but no way around that. The adaptors themselves are a cinch. Just one caveat: most European outlets are recessed, so when you pull out the transformer, make sure the adaptor is attached. On at least 2 occasions, I accidentally left the adaptor in the outlet when I removed the transformer, so remember to pull both out when leaving or in a rush. Bottom line: A must have for international travel.

I picked up this travel adapter and converter mainly because I needed something reliable for my vacations, and honestly I'm pretty pleased with it! It definitely did the job I expected it to, keeping my stuff charged up while I was away, what I really liked was having all the different plug adapters included, super convenient for different places, and having two outlets on the main unit was a nice bonus. All in all it's an excellent travel power adapter, if I had one tiny nitpick, it's that the main converter part feels a little heavy in the bag, but overall for making sure you have power wherever you go, it's a great little gadget I'd totally recommend if you're planning a trip.

Product worked well. It is a little heavy, but to be expected. It's a good size and shape for traveling. I love the rounded edges - ease for packing. Clearly marked adaptor and converter. The green light lets you know that it's plugged in and working. I used a US curling iron and straightener in Greece, using the converter portion - worked well. My curling iron and straightener had to be on a very low setting, and they hummed a bit (which almost always happens when I use these things in Europe), but worked well with no shortages. Very happy.

I used this product in Spain and it was easy to use. No complaints. I was worried when I saw how most of the outlets in Spain seem to be deep but the attachemtn had no problem plugging in and feeling secure. Nice product overall.

My wife and I bought this for her trip to India. She had to care for her father while he was sick. It was an emergency trip, so we did not have much time for research. A helpful and knowledgeable sales associate helped us select it. We were able to use this in India as well as in Dubai and Doha. My wife was able to use it for her phone, her airpods, her hair straightener, and several other electrical items. It was easy to use, assemble, disassemble, and move around. It did not overheat, and it did not malfunction during the trip. It made a huge difference in making a difficult trip more comfortable and productive.
