“Is it compatible with an Android phone? Will the remote work with a different tripod? I have a Joby tripod but cannot successfully get the Joby Impulse Shutter Remote to work with my Samsung Galaxy 9.”

• The remote has nothing to do with the tripod. The remote is just for the phone. The phone I used for this shutter is the Galaxy A20 so this shutter should work.
