I don't know how much the geek squad would charge to put together the stand but I can tell you that it took me about an hour. It came nicely packaged and undamaged. I checked to make sure all the pieces were there and they were. The stand itself unfolds and is set up, the rest is about bracing. I don't think I even used any tools as all the fasteners were self screwing . If one fallows the directions it was an easy set up. Moving it might take two people if complete otherwise place it where you want before putting the glass on. It looks great and is very sturdy, If it matches your design then I would recommend it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I paid $50 for them to asemple the the TV stand. I used to assemble furniture in the past, but now that it is offered. At my age I don't want to have to contend with the weight, etc.
