“I am buying a LG C1 65 inch tv and a Sonos arc. The depth of the LG with stand is 9.9 inches. The Sonos ARC is for inches deep. My question is will this stand which is 19 inches deep accommodate both and provide the optimum sound from the SONOS ARC?”

Yes. With room to spare. But I would consider mounting the TV to the wall several inches about the cabinet. You can pick up a mount for ~$35 and I think it looks nicer, put the TV at a better viewing level and frees up the nice looking glass top for other stuff.
