“Will this antenna work with an older Tv which needs a 75 OHM F type indoor antenna?”

• Yes it should work. They make a adapter to go from catv to that hookup on your tv.

• The antenna will work if your TV has a digital tuner. All broadcast signals in the US are all required to be digital and analog signals can no longer be broadcast therefore if you have an analog TV you can't receive over air broadcasts unless you have a separate digital to analog converter
