- Answer Hello, Thank you for your confidence. This Antenna is design for it to be connected to just one TV. However, a recommendation will be to hook it up and the next thing you need to do is connect a coaxial splitter. (This is an inexpensive device designed for splitting an antenna signal to multiple TVs) This lets you use one antenna for multiple TVs, so you can watch your local channels on every television in your house. - Arin A. QuestionHow close to a window must I place this antenna? Will it work about 15 ft. from a window on an inside wall?

- Answer Usually the best reception is near a window but not always. If possible put the antenna outside a window or door and run the antenna scan function on your TV in an attempt to get as many channels that are available to you. After completing the scan bring the antenna back inside and check the reception of a channel you would like to watch in the future. Use the signal strength feature (available on most TVs) and move the antenna until you get the strongest signal strength for that particular channel. Make a note of the channel and the location of the antenna. Repeat the process for all the channels you desire. There likely will be some channels that you have no interest in, so skip the process for those channels. Depending on where you live you might have to repeat the process monthly because the FCC is changing the transmission frequency of channels across the country in stages and the changes should be completed by the end of April 2020

- Answer Muy beuno.............of course this is better and less unsightly than rabbit ears which have to be constantly adjusted for most channels.

QuestionI have VERIZON FIOS TV service. Due to a recent FIOS outage I am looking for a backup antenna in the event of a future outage. Will this work on my Insignia TV that has FIOS TV service? Will it require disabling the FIOS cables?

- Answer All you need is the antenna outlet free on the tv to hook this up. If it is currently being used you can either use the FIOS or this antenna.

- Answer Hook up of the antenna was very easy. But, the channels do not just show up. I had to use my tv remote control and go into settings. After that I chose antenna. Then clicked on it so my tv would do an automatic scan for free channels. After it finished I had to set my tv to an input. Which was tv. I hope this might help you.

QuestionHow will I keep my Dish hooked up if the coaxial has to plug into the port my Dish is in? I need to pick up local channels like Fox that Dish has no longer a contract with.

- Answer Does your Dish have to use the coaxial input? Maybe it can be connected using an HDMI or buy a coaxial to RCA adapter and plug it into the RCA (A/V) inputs of your TV.

- Answer Hey Deb! Just measured straight across from my converter box to my window and it is 8 feet. It drops to the floor at the converter box to the window and has a little slack in it. I recycled the box, so no long have that.

- Answer Please visit https://www.fcc.gov/media/engineering/dtvmaps to check for the DTV signals that are available at your location. If the signal is not strong, try to use an outdoor antenna for better reception.

QuestionMy tv is a bit farther from a window than the coax cable on the plate allows for. Can I purchase regular coax cable to boost my distance or will that screw with the antenna function?

- Answer Yes, you can get and extension or make one yourself. It will not reduce your reception much unless you are going a long, long distance. If you make the extension make sure that the fittings are installed right and the center wire is not grounded to any part of the metal of the connector fittings.
