A qualified yes. It worked with my Galaxy S10, but the power delivery was not enough to view a 2 hours movie. If you want to watch a 1 hours TV episode you might find it usefur, but you will need to recharge your phone after viewing for more than an hour. I suggest a different brand that matches the power output of your phone charger.
