- Answer This adapter will only work with certain phones. The USB-C to HDMI specification that is required is called Alt DP mode. Most Android phones do not have this specification adopted for their USB-C Ports. Flagship models more often have this spec. Samsung phones/tables like the Galaxy S8, S9, S10 and S20 phones (and their variants like the Note 10) do have this specification. Google Pixel phones do not have this specification however, and this adapter will not work with them.

- Answer I have my wireless keyboard receiver hook to the adapter and it works but once in a while I notice it will multiple type a letter like thisssssssssssssssssss. It actually did it when I type the word this. I tried it with word pad it done the same thing. I am using a Lenovo core I7 with the type c connector. using a logitech K520 wireless keyboad. Hope this help.

- Answer Yes just make sure you buy an HDMI cord along with the adapter. I use it for my kids interactive home schooling and it works perfectly on the chromebook given to us by the school system.

QuestionDoes anyone else notice a cursor movement lag? I have a dual monitor set up. 1 monitor has the hdmi directly connected to my MacBook (no lag) the other is hdmi to the adapter then to my MacBook (mouse/cursor lag). There is a noticeable difference for me.

- Answer I've used this on an older Chromebook and with my Samsung Glalaxy S20+ and I haven't noticed any lag in video or mouse movement. Sadly, I've not tested it with a macbook so i can't give you an apples to apples comparison.
