• Yes just make sure you buy an HDMI cord along with the adapter. I use it for my kids interactive home schooling and it works perfectly on the chromebook given to us by the school system.

• Most chromebooks have a HDMI port and your projector supports HDMI as well. Why would you then need this adapter?
