“Does anyone else notice a cursor movement lag? I have a dual monitor set up. 1 monitor has the hdmi directly connected to my MacBook (no lag) the other is hdmi to the adapter then to my MacBook (mouse/cursor lag). There is a noticeable difference for me.”

I've used this on an older Chromebook and with my Samsung Glalaxy S20+ and I haven't noticed any lag in video or mouse movement. Sadly, I've not tested it with a macbook so i can't give you an apples to apples comparison.
