• My best guess is that if you have a type c connection on your surface it should be fine. On your larger screen you may have to adjust sizes for best resolution depending on which tv or monitor you will use. I also like that is has two additional ouputs besides the hdmi one. I have a USB splitter attached to one for other devices.
