“I have been trying for hours to set up the device. I have reset the router, the speaker and even the app. For some reason it still wont connect. Does this speaker require a certain router setting besides Disabling access point and guest network ??”

Welcome to the rest of your ownership with this device. Even when you do manage to get it setup, it's just going to lose connection again in a few hours and display "nET" until you unplug it. Make sure you're using a 2.4 ghz wifi signal to connect it, don't bother with 5 Even though it shouldn't have to be, make sure your phone is on the same wifi signal you intend to use *before* you try and add the device Be patient. When I have to reconnect mine it sometimes takes five minutes Restart your phone, unplug the device, and try again Good luck I didn't have to disable access point or guest.
