“Other than (1) size, (2) speaker quality, (3) color, and (4) the rechargeable battery in the larger version, are there any differences between the larger and the smaller versions of this speaker? Does one have any capabilities that the other doesn’t?”

I have both though just for the last few weeks. I haven't noticed any differences as far as Google Assistant. The smaller one does allow you to connect a cable and charge a phone. You can't do that with the bigger one. That's about it.
