“My speaker seems to be in retail demo mode now, gives a canned audio demo. Refuses to factory reset and will only mute when button held down long (hard reset disabled). Has anyone ever had this issue? Any way to get it out of demo mode? THanks.”

I bought one speaker a few weeks ago and it was in retail mode, and I just purchased another one and ITS in retail mode. I think they just aren't working after best buy stopped supporting them.
