So I figured out the issue i was having......The "LOAD" display that i was seeing was the device updating its firmware, which of course it does explain to allow it to update before use. Unfortunately my problem was that it was getting stuck in this process and nothing was working properly, which I decided to return and exchange it out and so far no issues have come up just yet. Very excited to finally have everything up and running.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does the same. About once every 12 hours it seems to do this and stop communicating to google home on my phone. But connection to internet is fine (5 other google devices in the house are working well) I have had to powercycle by removing power cord to get past it then it works fine for a few more hours. Current settings: system firmware 105 Cast Firmware 1.25.91836 Maybe if someone has a later set of firmware they can chime in here.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it was all set up with Google home. Plus when I try to factory reset, it does nothing. May exchange this one for another if I can't figured this out. It seems like a nice device to own.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had the same issue for two days until today. This is what I did: 1-Disconnected it from power. 2-Pressed the Mic/Reset button while plugging the power back 3-It showed SET and it when back to setup process. 4-From there I configured all over again and now I am checking to see if it stays in normal state. Hope it helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No I didn't see anything like that. Did you set it up with the Google Home app on your phone?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for the heads up. I bought it for my wife for Christmas, but she won't get it til Christmas day. Hopefully this doesn't occur.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a reset hole on the bottom of the speaker. You insert a papet clip to reset. Resetting that way did not fix the problem. Neither did the answer someone else gave of holding the mic button while I plugged it in
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
