“I ask Insignia what time it is she tells me the correct time but the clocks displayed time is off by an hour. I changed my home addres to different time zones but the time on the clock does not change. How do I get the clock to display the correct time?”

Hello, Thank you very much for sharing your experience with the Bluetooth speaker. In order to reset the time zone, you must factory default reset (FDR).For doing this, you would need to hold the microphone mute button for 12 seconds. Make sure your phone is set to the correct time and local city. If using and iphone, set your device to automatic. If using an Android, make sure your phone is set to the correct time and select a major city nearest you. However, we are continuously uploading new updates. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was able to correct this issue by changing my ipad time zone setting manually not automatic. I live in Fort Worth, TX so I had to pick the nearest major city which is Dallas. If set to automatic, Ipad changes it to Chicago. I hope this helps.
