• Apparently not at the same time but they're saying eventually. For instance the voice calling feature was released buy Google but it's not on the insignias yet. And if you look at your firmware it's not updated to the latest and there is no way to force a firmware update on the insignias.

• Hello RobR, since the firmware for both devices are developed by Google, they will sync automatically when there is an update available. Omar S. - Insignia Support.
