“I purchased the NS-CAHBT02-BL wireless bluetooth headphones on January 28, 2018. I noticed that while I'm listening to music the sound drops then picks up. The headphones are fully charged and I'm not sure why this happens. Can anyone assist me?”

• Ive noticed that while I'm at the gym if I start to get too far away the sound will drop, or if there are a lot of walls between my and my phone.
