- Answer That is happening to me too! It's not the normal blue color or the red when it's charging, it's purple and it won't connect to anything anymore. I tried charging it, but now it's constantly blue and won't turn off or connect to my phone. I can't find why this is happening anywhere on the internet.

- Answer Hold down the middle button until a blue light turns on and is blinking, meaning it's searching to pair. Do same thing to turn off - the light will blink red.

QuestionI purchased the NS-CAHBT02-BL wireless bluetooth headphones on January 28, 2018. I noticed that while I'm listening to music the sound drops then picks up. The headphones are fully charged and I'm not sure why this happens. Can anyone assist me?

- Answer These head phones are good up to 3 feet under water for 30 minutes. The only thing you need to consider is that the Bluetooth won't have reception underwater, or very limited. You won't have any issues with rain.

- Answer As long as your TV has bluetooth capability you should not have an issue connecting your headphones to it. I connect mine to the Laptop and cell phone everyday.
