A: That is happening to me too! It's not the normal blue color or the red when it's charging, it's purple and it won't connect to anything anymore. I tried charging it, but now it's constantly blue and won't turn off or connect to my phone. I can't find why this is happening anywhere on the internet.
Q: How do I know when they are charged?
A: When the light turns a solid blue you are ready to go!

A: I searched it up and the only things I found is it's either updating or it's permanently dead
Q: Are the magnetic, where they connect to each other around your neck when not in use?
A: No magnets here!
A: Hold down the middle button until a blue light turns on and is blinking, meaning it's searching to pair. Do same thing to turn off - the light will blink red.
Q: Can you skip tracks with the control?
A: Yes you can, just press volume + or- twice
Q: Is it possible to buy more replacement ear parts?
A: Yes you can buy the XL cushions which are excellent.
A: Take them back as it could be a default. It happens lol
