• Yes it does have lights on the keyboard for Caps on and number lock they are very dim

• If you are talking about the cap and num lock indicators, yes it does have indicator lights.

• Yes, it does have lights indicating that the caps and numbers are turned on in the upper right-hand side of the keyboard, but it is very dim. So if you're working in a very bright room or like me next to a giant window, then it can sometimes be a little hard to see. I usually turn it off and on to see if its on and I can tell the difference between a light coming from the board and light reflecting off of it.
