QuestionSome of the keys have stopped working. How can I resync the keyboard with the USB connector?

- Answer make sure your keys are clean, you can pop off the individual keys and clean them gently with rubbing alcohol. then blow the are dry with compressed air before reinstalling the key. You can also try putting in fresh batteries.

- Answer The battery life is around 4~6 months and there is no On/Off switch.

QuestionIt worked fine for a long time and now when I put in batteries into the keyboard the low battery light always turns on, then I put the usb into my laptop and when I move the mouse the on screen mouse does not move

QuestionDo you have to keep the USB "Nano Receiver" in the USB port the whole time? The keyboard and mouse will not work if the USB "Nano receiver" is not in the USB port or is it just for initial set up? Thank you.

- Answer Yes. It got work for my Surface pro 4 & Dell inspiron & Samsung 4K TV. Great product with cheap price. Even though quality is not best. But it's work. I am happy about it.
