• make sure your keys are clean, you can pop off the individual keys and clean them gently with rubbing alcohol. then blow the are dry with compressed air before reinstalling the key. You can also try putting in fresh batteries.

• your keyboard must be a defect you might have to return it, my keyboard number button doesn't work sometimes I have to turn off and on PC to work

• Small button on the back near the top. You will need a pin or bent paper clip to press it. Also check your battery might be a good time to change it if it's old.
