A:AnswerSounds like a driver problem. Open up Device Manager while the wireless devices are connected to the desktop and look for a question mark or exclamation mark next to the keyboard and mouse listings, or anywhere else. If so, you might be able to fix it with a driver update.
A:AnswerMost keyboards have a caps lock but I'd go elsewhere...anywhere but Best Buy. Sales people are rude and unprofessional and service dept (geek squad) is a joke!
