Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Oof. All I know is that when you turn it on and but don't let go for the next 5 seconds, a little light starts flashing blue and red. This signifies that the earphones are open for any device to pair with it. So you have to go on your device (phone, for example), go to the bluetooth options, and click on the earphones name to connect them. But every other time you want to connect it, just have bluetooth on your device on, press the earphone's power button, and let it go after it says "power on". Else you'll reset it and have to do the above again.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had this same problem and ended up calling customer service. Their response was to return it to best buy, even though it was outside the return window, and get a new pair. A pain but now they work like new because they are.
