QuestionI bought my pair around a year ago. Not sure exactly when I no longer have to receipt. My pair is fully charged and my phone says the device is 90° charged but it keeps powering itself off. So frustrated.

- Answer You can connect two devices at the same time. It, however, doesn't switch well between them. It seems to want to stick to one device. I often had to power off, power on, and reconnect the device I wanted to use. I replaced this with the LG, which switches much better.

- Answer Will only accept what came with it. Have to push the earpiece onto the bud. Once on, it stays. Takes practice.

- Answer Check your Bluetooth connection and then check to make sure your volume controls are synced with each other . My dad has that same problem at first and that’s what he did and it seemed to work

- Answer Hi Jasmine, When you have these headphones plugged into a device such as a pone, the audio will come out of them rather than the phone. This is of course because the phone is detecting a 3rd party device taking over the audio output.
