A:AnswerFrom the description, it does not appear to have active noise cancelling. They are relying on the fact that they go in your ears that exterior noises are cancelled (kind of like wearing earplugs). Be sure to look for active noise cancelling if that's what you're wanting, as many companies are using the noise cancelling term pretty loosely like this. Misleading..
A:AnswerHi! I could recommend you to try resetting your unit: With your stereo headphones turned off, press and hold the power button for five seconds. If the steps don't solve the issue, please contact us on the link below so we can further assist you.

A:AnswerIf the TV has bluetooth capability for sound then I don't see why it wouldn't work. They are just normal bluetooth ear buds. Best Buy has a decent return policy and these are fairly cheap so it is worth a shot!
A:AnswerDon't bother. I love these but they go wonky withing week out of the box. Hopefully, you bought them at best buy because they will replace them for up to a year since it's a "Bestbuy" brand.
A:AnswerUnfortunately it seems the BT in these guys isn't too good. We had to call customer service and they told us to return the product to best buy. Best buy was great about it and gave us a new pair.
