“I lost the connection for calls. When I disconnect and reconnect it only says that its connected for audio not calls. The phone doesn't say the device is connected which is for incoming calls. I am presently recharging it. How can I fix this problem?”

Unfortunately it seems the BT in these guys isn't too good. We had to call customer service and they told us to return the product to best buy. Best buy was great about it and gave us a new pair.
