“I turn it on than connect I start playing my music or podcast all of a sudden it turns off and the left side starts vibrating I can turn it back on reconnect it but it'll just turn off again what's happening is there a reset to default option”

Don't bother. I love these but they go wonky withing week out of the box. Hopefully, you bought them at best buy because they will replace them for up to a year since it's a "Bestbuy" brand.
