Best thing to do is reset a few times. Reset blue tooth pairing on your phone a few times as well. These can be finicky at times so just keep powering on and off to eventually clear it out so the device can communicate with your phone. Best of luck!

Please try again later.I charged the battery for the right amount of time according to the instructions, but when I tried using them after being charged, It took me a long time to get them to pair up with my phone. Once I finally got them connected they powered on and off all the while I had them on.
