The Instant Ink $5 Prepaid Card can be used for new or existing Instant Ink plans.

If you have a HP printer and enrolled a HP instant ink plan, you can redeem the code as a prepaid balance to your account. You also can redeem many cards as you want and it will add up your balance. Then, when your bill is due, your prepaid balance will deduct the bill amount from your balance on the due date. Hope this helps!
