Does this cpu come with a good cooler? null

No. It comes with the intel stock cooler, which is about the bottom end of the stack, it will get you by. If you want lower temp internals you need to budget for a decent cooler (40-50 or so). It’s not overclockable so the included cooler will work, but it’s not like a stock wraith cooler or anything ‘good’
